Husk Savannah is hiring a qualified, dynamic, and hospitality driven General Manager to join our growing company!
Located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, Husk highlights the history of Southern food. Exploring ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products - redefining what it means to cook and eat in the Hostess City of the South.

The ideal candidate should be a leader in the field of hospitality with a commitment to fostering a culture of enthusiasm and expertise within our establishment. The Husk Savannah General Manager MUST have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests.

In this position, you are responsible for directing a team and monitoring operations. The James is in search of a skilled and motivated Sous Chef!
The James is a neighborhood restaurant offering traditional American fare in the heart of James Island in Charleston, SC. With an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere, The James offers familiar dishes and top-notch hospitality, creating a community gathering place to return to time and time again.​

This position is for someone who prides themselves on operating with integrity and professionalism with a passion for serving high-quality and delicious food! The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the kitchen team and maintaining restaurant standards while fostering a positive team environment. The role requires active participation in working and executing the service line while ensuring kitchen and safety standards.​

The Sous Chef is:

Possesses 2+ years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, in a management or lead-line cook position.
